oatmeal

Ok so i love oatmeal, well i thought i could only love the processed prepackaged stuff after all its what i was use to right. Well this morning i did a comparison on the difference. So i have started eating Irish oatmeal which i can't tell what the difference is between that and steel cut accept like a buck so i went Irish. Now i sweeten it up a little i put some cinnamon in mine and some monk fruit sweetener neither one of which have calories i also put a quarter cup of blueberries in there. By the way blueberries you can eat a ton and not really be adding alot of calories to your diet you might want to try it out. I am finding out sticking to my 800-900 calories a day isn't so bad when i beef it up with low calorie freshness. ok back to my point.
Ok so this is my oatmeal and owens oatmeal this morning. Mine is the Irish oatmeal that i have to make in a huge bowl that my son uses to make his roman noodles in the microwave and owens in is a little kids bowl. Its kinda hard to tell in this pic. however this is the same amount of calories and mine is more then double the volume of his. And because its not processed as much your belly has to work hard and it stays fuller longer also.
Now for one of my finds yesterday. So i wouldn't call this cheap by definitions  however when you consider you would probably spend at least double this to eat at mcdonalds just once its not. So i paid less the five bucks for this and two come in a pack. But wow what a treat its only 180 calories of not feeling like your restricting your calories put a cup of veggies or fruit with this and you have 200 calories of healthy and not feeling like your missing a thing how awesome is that.

Well as always feel free to ask questions, make comments and share my blog on your fb.

Happy life changing everyone.
