On to food things.
So first of all these egg beaters are awesome i challenge anyone that hasn't ever had egg beaters or thinks they don't like this try the southwestern style ones you will not know the difference and the calorie count is the same i think as the regular egg beaters. Those morning star breakfast sausages hit the spot now they are small, but its only 80 calories and it has 10 gram of protein. also when you think about it neither of these items are expensive anywhere. they came from walmart and i think egg beaters are 3ish bucks and the morning star were under 5 i think and have 8 patties in the box.

Now this is the dinner i made for myself friday night. This is a pasta dish and the whole meal was 270 calories. That was mostly from the chicken sausage that i put in it that was 180 calories. now the pasta isn't  your standard pasta. It is this stuff in the picture below

now you can have this whole bag for 30 calories and if your a pasta freak this would be a great alternative. With that said you have to drain it and rinse it really really well then pat it dry really well before you heat it up. DO NOT INHALE UNTIL NOODLES ARE RINSED, i think i would have liked them better had i known that. these noodles are a tofu noodle and the liquid its packed in smells like rotten fish. they don't really have a taste per say but they are kind of chewy so i suggest cutting them up well. I am not totally convinced i will eat them again but i do have a couple more backs so i might try it now that i know what i know.

These little babies are a great low calorie snack that will not make you feel like your restricting your calories.

Well thats about it for now i gotta run to work. As always feel free to share my blog, comment, or ask questions.

Happy life changing everyone.
