dont judge a book by its cover

So todays blog was actually inspired by my very small skinny friend from high school. And here is why i think everyone should share my blog or blogs like mine cause not only fat people can learn from it. So my extremely tiny friend and i were talking the other day about my weight loss, and she informed me that she needed to go on a diet. Now she is maybe 5'2 and at her highest weight 130 lbs so in my world she is nuts right. Well turns out her good cholesterol is over double what it should be. So in this discussion we decide she should weigh like 800 lbs cause of the crap she eats. So even tho she is skinny she will still need to go threw all the same things i did with withdrawal and finding a new way to do things.

So look at us side by side, one would think just by looking at us that i was the unhealthy one and thats not the case. I have a couple points with this, one just cause your small doesn't mean you don't need to go to the doctor and get checked out, two that you or anyone else is automatically healthy or not. I want to share another picture with you all.
All of the breakfasts on the left are full 300 calorie breakfasts while on the left you only get a portion of what you order to have 300 calories.  Muffins first of all are a trap they are almost never healthy and they are packed full of calories. The second picture you wouldn't think ordering an omelet would be bad but look at those calories if it isn't made right its to many. And who would think you could have all those waffles and fruit for 300 calories yummy.

Anyway just some stuff to think about i also want to post a link to a story i read yesterday on facebook. another great example of don't judge a book by its cover.
Please read this short story.

So as always please feel free to ask questions, comment, and share my blog.

Happy life changing everyone.

  1. Awesome points made!! Size has nothing to do with health and this is a GREAT example of that!!
