So since monday thats seven days with one higher calorie day on saturday i lost 5lbs. So im totally excited and im gonna add some exercise this week and hope that helps speed up the process some. its not gonna be tons of exercise but something on the xbox probably. So i will share with you what i have been eating on my not very excited diet.
First of all this is the guideline my doctor gave me for meal replacement shakes. You have to be careful there are lots of them out that, that appear healthy and you could have gone to mcdonalds for whats in them so make sure you are reading your labels.
So what i have been doing is eating every three hours. So first meal of the day i have a protein shake.
All of these follow those guidelines and aren't gross lol
Then 3 hours later i have a 100 calorie snack. now this can be whatever you want it to be. Mine are either a small apple and a cheese stick, a greek yogurt or a huge amount of veggies depending on how hungry i am.
but for those out there that are like me and what quantity on your plate veggies are the way to go. 4 cups of cauliflower is 100 calories however thats a shit ton of cauliflower so i might have a cup and a cheese stick instead.
Now since i work night shift i try to save a shake and two hundred calories to eat while im there.
Know this if you do decide to do this you will be hungry, its takes time to fight the addict in side and all the bad habits you have. So when your hungry drink water and lots of it. Also keep busy and remind yourself you will eat again in a couple of hours your not really starving you just think you are. Just like you would tell your kids if they were still screaming about being hungry even tho they just ate a 5 course meal.
